Discover the "Hidden Treasures" in Canoe Country
Our Algonquin Park canoe trips, rediscover some of Ontario's unique wilderness via a canoe.
We offer guided canoe trips that are all-inclusive, ranging from 3 days to 6 days.
We will customized your canoe route in Algonquin to create an experience that your friends and family won't forget.
At Wolf Den Expeditions our canoe trips through the park create bonds as you paddle this wilderness setting. There is nothing like sitting around a campfire telling stories, watching shooting stars and listening to echo of the loons.
Canoe trips are 3-6 days, paddling approximatey 10-12 kilometers per day.... and camping along the way. We use ultra light kevlar canoes that are very stable and easy to carry.
On some trips, the Algonquin Park wildlife is everywhere... other trips seem sparse... but it is the expectation of what might be around the next corner that creates the suspense.
While you setup camp, the staff prepares the daily meals... fresh baked desserts, fresh vegetables and vac-packed meats. Meals can be customized to any dietary needs.
Wolf Dens Algonquin Park canoe trips meet around 10 am at the parking lots where the trips begin. Then we repack your personal gear into waterproof canoe packs. Followed by an orientation and canoe lesson. Includes the voyageur art of portaging your gear overland to the next lake.
