Cambridge to Paris Canoe Kayak Grand River

Open 7 days a week . April to October . Reservations required.

Ruins of the 1867 German Woolen Mill on the Cambridge to Glen Morris Trip

The Cambridge to Paris paddle on the Grand River is about 20 km.

This river paddle is available at 10am seven days a week... you park you car in Paris and we shuttle upstream to Cambridge... then you paddle back to your vehicle.

If hosting a large group you can choose your own start time for the Cambridge paddle.

Most paddlers take 4.5 to 5 hours to complete.

In low water conditions, some sections of this river have 10-25 meter sections where you may have to get out of your boat to walk through.

If in trouble there is a rail trail on the left side running parallel to the river.

There are washrooms at the start, in the middle at Glen Morris, at the Three Sisters and the end point.

This section has numerous small rapids between Glen Morris and the Three Sisters.

We have 5 trips on the Grand River... the Cambridge Paddle (20km Cambridge to Paris), the Oneida Paddle (12km Glen Morris to Paris), the Oneida-Cambridge Paddle (24km Glen Morris to Brant Park) and the Cayuga Paddle (12km Paris to Brant Park) and the Mohawk Paddle (Brant Park to Cockshutt Bridge, Brantford)

For Reservations you can book on line or call 519-442 2519 or email us at
