At Grand River Rafting we try to reply within 24 hours or sooner by phone or email.

If we do not respond to your email within 24 hours please call us... because it means we probably didnot get your email!

We often have someone answering at our desk from 9:00am til 9:00pm.

No calls please between 9pm to 9am... thank you!

Remember we are a "virtual" business and meet you where the trip begins... reservations are required.
