We offer guided shore wading fly fishing trips and spincast on the Grand River... as well as guided spey casting on the Grand River. These are shore-wading fly fishing trips... not only for fly fishing but spin-casting too. We also offer "float" fly fishing trips on the Grand River.

Our guides are local fly fishing guides and know this section of the Grand well. Grand River Rafting owns a 1 km shoreline strip on the Grand River and we have vehicle access. This spring/fall steelhead trout section is called Trout Alley and offers some of the best fly fishing on the middle Grand River.

This section not only offers spring and fall steelhead fishing for rainbow trout... but also offers excellent smallmouth bass fishing between July and mid September.
Trout Alley sits within the Exceptional Waters Fish Management Area and has the following fishing restrictions:
A portion of the Exceptional Waters reach has special fishing regulations directed at improving fishing opportunities and protecting the fish population.
The zone extends from 100 metres below the Highway 2 bridge in Paris to the Pedestrian Walkway and Service Bridge on the north boundary of Brant Conservation Area.
This is a barbless hook, artificial lure and catch and release zone. This river section is closed to fishing from March 1 to the Friday before the last Saturday in April. Some areas are fish sanctuaries.
