Meeting Room Facilities

Grand River Rafting partners with a number of facilities to provide rural settings customized to fit your meeting needs.  At all of them you can get off the river or nearby.

With any of these facilities we can provide a welcome breakfast  or "Take 10" with a variety of delicious muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea & juice for $5.75 per person.

 

The River Ridge Meeting Place 

This is a meeting facility in a countryside setting overlooking the Grand River... for groups of up to 16. This is also a Bed & Breakfast with accomodation facilities. User Fee $100 for the day.

 

Paris on the Grand  

This  is a meeting facility at the Paris Golf course overlooking the Grand River. It can accommodate up to 40 people. User Fee $250.00 per day. Main club house can accommodate 100 people. Catered dinners & lunch pricing available too.

 

Five Oaks, Paris 

This site is nestled at the mouth of Whiteman's Creek and the Grand River. There are a number of meeting facilities here. It also has indoor dining facilities, accommodations for 50, beautiful hiking trails and a swimming pool. This facility is located in the Grand Valley just 3 miles off the 403 Highway. User Fee varies with group size... up to 100 people.  Price varies with group needs & size.

 

The Hampton Inn, Brantford 

 

 The Hampton has meeting room capacity for up to 250 people. With three rooms available according to group size. It is located just 10 minutes from our Cayuga Run rafting launch point and just minutes off the 403 HWY. Tour the Hampton meeting rooms

Cafe De Paris

This scenic cafe setting with riverside patio is right on the Grand in Paris, Ontario. In the evening (after 5pm) it is available for private group rental & catering. Includes bar & customized menu for up to 30 people. User fee based on a $500 minimum food/bar package. This is a great evening dinner experience to highlight a corporate rafting trip.
