Stand Up Paddleboard ( SUP ) lessons & rentals on a lake is the best start for beginners.

Choose your own start time, for a combination lesson & rental SUP package on an inland lake. Start out with a 30 minute SUP instructional lesson... and then enjoy paddling a 23 acre kettle lake for as long as you like for the day.

Lesson & Day Rental: Cost is $85 for the first person, $55 for each additional person. (HST tax & park entrance fee not included).

 

Above is a photo with all the equipment we supply. Includes paddleboard, paddle, dry bag for wallet & keys and life jacket.

Lesson includes a land base introduction on equipment, safety, getting on the board, paddling stances, how to steer... then enjoy yourself for the day.

The StandUp Paddleboard Lesson & Rentals are located at the Pinehurst Conservation Area near Paris Ont. Ten miles off the 403 Highway.

 

The Conservation area has a swimming beach, food stand, flush toilets and showers and sits on a 23 acre lake surrounded by Carolinian Forest.
